Reservation Changes, Transfers & Fees
If you need to modify your On the Blue Cruise 2027 reservation, please review the following policies before submitting any changes. The Primary Passenger, meaning the person who made the initial booking, is solely responsible for requesting or approving any modifications.
Key Policies for On The Blue Cruise Reservation Changes
- Downgrades to lower-value cabins are not permitted.
- Changing the Primary Passenger’s name is considered a Cabin Transfer and requires prior written approval from On The Blue Cruise. This transfer carries a $299 USD fee.
- Any new passenger must review, complete, and accept the full Terms & Conditions before the transfer is processed.
- All changes are subject to approval at the sole discretion of OTBC 2027, LLC. Unauthorized transfers, third-party sales, or promotions of cabins as prizes are strictly prohibited and may result in denied boarding or removal from the ship.
To initiate a transfer, the Primary Passenger must email the Reservations Team at reservations@onthebluecruise.com to request the official Reservation Change Request Form. Once approved, the new passenger must submit payment for the balance due or the total amount previously paid, whichever is higher. Once received, the original passenger will be refunded. Unauthorized transfers may result in denied boarding or disembarkation at the guest’s expense.

All requests must be submitted by the Primary Passenger using the official Reservation Change Request Form by the stated deadline. To request the form, email the team at reservations@onthebluecruise.com.
Failure to pay the approved fee within 24 hours of approval will result in denial of the request.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of this cruise experience, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This strict policy supports the integrity of this high-demand, limited-capacity event.
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially policies with “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage. OTBC does not provide or endorse insurance, and each passenger is responsible for selecting their preferred provider.
- On The Blue Cruise is not responsible for losses due to lack of insurance coverage.
- Some travel insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit.
- Guests who fail to arrive for embarkation or scheduled events are not eligible for refunds.
Should you need to cancel your reservation:
- Email reservations@onthebluecruise.com.
- Request the official Change Request Form.
- The Primary Passenger must complete and submit the form before cancellation is recognized. The submission date of the completed form will be considered the official cancellation date. No exceptions.
- Due to the nature of this event, all deposits and payments to/for OTBC are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON OR CAUSE MAY BE FOR A REFUND REQUEST OR TRANSFER REQUEST, OTBC WILL NOT REFUND OR TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSITS AND/OR PAYMENTS.
