4-Payment Plan
The installment plan helps you spread your cruise payments across several months. Exact payment dates for the
2027 sailing will be announced soon, but the structure will follow the outline below:

At the time of reservation
$600 per person deposit is due at the time of the reservation for Non-VIP and Bronze VIP Staterooms.
$1200 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Silver & Gold VIP Staterooms & Suites.
Wednesday – July 1, 2026
$800 per person deposit is due for Non-VIP and Bronze VIP Staterooms.
$2000 per person deposit is due for all Silver & Gold VIP Staterooms & Suites.
Reservations made on or after
Wednesday – July 1, 2026, will require a deposit of:
$1400 per person, due at the time of the reservation for Non-VIP and Bronze VIP Staterooms.
$3200 per person, due at the time of booking for all Silver & Gold VIP Staterooms & Suites.
Thursday – September 24, 2026
50% of the remaining balance is due for all reservations.
Reservations made on or after Thursday – September 24, 2026, will require a deposit of 50% of the full cruise fare at the time of booking.
Friday – December 18, 2026
The remaining balance is due for all reservations.
Reservations made on or after Friday – December 18, 2026, will require a deposit of 50% of the full cruise fare and must be paid in full on or before Tuesday – March 9, 2027 (30 days from the departure date).
You’ll receive your official payment schedule and amounts with your booking confirmation.
Important Information
- Payments are not automatic. Submit your cruise payments manually through your confirmation email link or by calling our reservations team at (855) 622-3111.
- All transactions appear as SEA PLANNERS or On the Blue Cruise on your statement.
- Late payments are subject to a $50 per person fee per each 30 day period the reservation is delinquent and your reservation is at risk of cancellation and under full penalty.
- Should OTBC cancel your reservation due to your failure to make a payment and you wish to reinstate your booking, this will only be approved based on availability and a $150 USD fee will be added to your reservation. This fee, along with the full outstanding balance, must be paid before the reservation will be reinstated. No exceptions.
- The final payment deadline will be provided in your confirmation email.
- The payment terms listed here supersede those in the NCL Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract. Your payment obligations are made directly to OTBC 2027, LLC (OTB).
Special Payment Options
Alumni Discount
Returning guests who have sailed on previous On The Blue Cruises and book during the designated Alumni Booking Period will receive a 2% discount on the base fare when paying in full before the alumni deadline. This offer applies only during the official booking window and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Pay in Full Option
Skip the installment plan and submit your final payment at checkout to secure your cabin instantly.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is not included but is highly recommended to protect your trip investment. Choose a third-party policy with “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage to ensure peace of mind from booking to boarding.
