VENUES & SEATING
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW SEATING AND ENTRY WILL WORK ON BOARD.
ALL GUESTS will receive a laminate during embarkation. DO NOT GET ON THE SHIP WITHOUT YOUR LAMINATE! If you do not receive one, please alert an OTBC team member immediately. The color of your laminate corresponds to the show color you are assigned. Laminates are your “tickets” to get into select shows in the Stardust Theater. IF LOST, LAMINATES WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
Doors for the Stardust Theater and shows in the Spinnaker Lounge are estimated to open 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time. We appreciate your patience for any potential delays.
All guests are welcome to join all photo experiences, as time permits. VIP guests, please be sure to look for the VIP Entrance at all photo experiences. VIPs must wear their laminate to receive priority entrance to all photo experiences.
All photos can be found online and can be downloaded for free at www.vipcruisephotos.com. Please allow up to 3 weeks after to the cruise for photos to be posted.
SHOWS WITH ASSIGNED SEATING
Assigned seating is for select shows in the Stardust Theater ONLY and all others shows are open seating. The assigned seating shows will be noted on the Concert Schedule as a BLUE Show OR a RED Show. All guests with a BLUE laminate are assigned to BLUE performances and those with a RED laminate are assigned to RED performances.
We request that guests DO NOT lineup for RED and BLUE shows. The seating assignment on the back of your laminate is your seat for the duration of the cruise for these select shows ONLY. Should you arrive late to an assigned seated show, your seat will remain open for the duration of that show. We ask that during BLUE OR RED shows that all guests be respectful of the assigned seats and do not fill unoccupied seats.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: All guests must wear their laminate to assigned seated shows and all VIP Guests must wear their VIP laminate to all venues to receive priority entrance to all performances.
Guests hoping to see the opposite show color:
We will allow guests to attend a show they are not assigned. However, this will only be available to a limited number of guests and we will ONLY allow this AFTER the show has started. This entry is for standing room only, and only to the capacity of the theater. Please follow the instructions below if you hope to see the opposite color show.
First, head to the Lotus Garden Restaurant on Deck 7 (no more than an hour before showtime) and check in with the staff member near the sushi bar. The staff member will give each guest that checks in a numbered wristband which will correspond with your "spot" in line. After the show has started, a team member will call numbers that are allowed into the venue until capacity is reached. You may not reserve numbers for additional guests. All guests will need to be present to receive a wristband.
Even if you are given a wristband, there is no guarantee that any guest will be able to see both a red and a blue show. If the venue reaches capacity, no further guests will be allowed entry. Thank you for your understanding.

VIP Guests will receive priority entrance to the Stardust Theater, Spinnaker Lounge, and the Photo Experiences in the Bliss Lounge. Guests will enter in the following order:
(1) GOLD VIP
(2) SILVER VIP
(3) BRONZE VIP
(4) GUESTS REQUIRING ADA SEATING
(5) GENERAL ADMISSION
If the venue reaches capacity, no further guests will be allowed entry.
