SAIL NOW, PAY LATER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Sail Now, Pay Later Payment Plan is a limited availability program by which you are permitted to make a deposit for an Interior Stateroom aboard the 2024 On the Blue Cruise, and enroll into a no-interest 12-month installment plan to pay the balance of your Cruise Fee to On the Blue Cruises, Inc. (“OTB”).
Should you enroll in this limited payment plan option, you must agree and sign during booking to the terms and conditions of the 2024 On the Blue Sail Now, Pay Later Payment Plan, as follows:
1. The full price of my cruise booking, including all others on my booking (“Cruise Fee”) is as set forth in my booking, based on the stateroom and number of persons in the cabin.
2. As consideration for OTB accepting my reservation and the reservation of all others on my booking for the 2024 On The Blue Cruise, I agree to pay the total Cruise Fee to OTB, as follows I acknowledge that even if I and/or others on my booking are unable to sail on the 2024 On the Blue Cruise, I am still obligated to pay the total Cruise Fee for all passengers included in my booking.
3. The initial Deposit will be charged to the debit or credit card I select during check-out. In addition, I understand that it is my responsibility to make my monthly payment beginning on May 10, 2024, and on or before the 10th of each month following until my balance is paid in full or April 10, 2025 (whichever comes first). If all payments are timely made as set forth herein, there will be no interest or late fees will be charged.
4. There are no pre-payment penalties and I understand that I may pay off my remaining balance at any time. The Deposit and Monthly Payments are not refundable, subject to the terms and conditions of the Cruise of which you have been made aware as part of your booking.
5. I acknowledge that this Payment Plan does not relieve the other passengers included in my booking of any liability to OTB.
5. If the Monthly Payments are not timely made to OTB as stated above, I agree and understand that the entire remaining unpaid balance of the Cruise Fee for my total booking will immediately become due and payable by me to OTB, plus interest thereon from that date forward at the highest permitted legal rate. In such instance, OTB shall be permitted to exercise all of its legal and equitable rights and remedies against me and others on my booking to collect the remaining unpaid balance. This Payment Plan does not relieve the other passengers included on my booking from their obligations to OTB, including, but not limited to, to pay the Cruise Fare in the event I fail to timely make the Monthly Payments hereunder. I acknowledge that if I do not timely pay the Monthly Payments, this may be reported by OTB to credit rating agencies. Additionally, in the event the Monthly Payments are not timely made to OTB, I agree to pay OTB for its actual costs and expenses, including court costs, incurred in collecting the full amount of the Monthly Payments from me.
