Shipboard Etiquette

All guests sailing aboard On the Blue Cruise are required to read and agree to the following Zero Tolerance Policy, as part of the Terms & Conditions (Passenger Ticket Contract) of their cruise:

GUEST BEHAVIOR
On the Blue Cruises, Inc. (“OTB”) and Norwegian Cruise Line (“NCL”) have adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy and will not permit behavior by any OTB Passenger (“Passengers”) which negatively impacts the comfort, enjoyment, health, safety or well-being of other Passengers, its’ performers and staff or the ship’s crew. In addition, violent, abusive or disrespectful behavior caused by the use of alcohol and/or an illegal substance shall not be tolerated. Passengers agree to comply with this policy and further acknowledge that OTB and NCL reserve the right to refuse or discontinue passage to any Passenger who, in OTB or NCL’s sole judgment, is conducting himself or herself in a manner that adversely affects the cruise experience of other Passengers. This also includes, but is not limited to: spousal abuse or violence directed at a family member, OTB staff member, cruise line staff member or any band member, public nudity or lewd behavior, taunting, bullying, abusive or disruptive language or gestures, relieving your bladder or bowels anywhere other than an approved restroom and/or engaging in sexual behavior in public. In all cases, OTB and NCL shall not be liable for any damages, refund or other compensation, including travel costs or any other claim as a result of such behavior.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
OTB and NCL have a “Zero Tolerance” policy regarding the use, possession or distribution of any and all illegal controlled substances by Passengers aboard the ship. Passengers agree to comply with this policy, and further acknowledge that any violation of this policy will result in disembarkation from the vessel. Passengers acknowledge that it is OTB and NCL’s policy to report incidents of illegal activity or behavior to the appropriate law enforcement authorities for appropriate legal action. In such cases, OTB and NCL shall not be liable for any damages, refund or other compensation, including travel costs or any other claim as a result of such behavior.

SMOKING
Passenger acknowledges and accepts the NCL Smoking Policy as outlined in the NCL Guest Ticket Contract, which can be found online at: https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/NCL_Guest_Ticket_Contract_041818.pdf

INTENTIONAL DAMAGE TO THE VESSEL
OTB and NCL have a “Zero Tolerance” policy regarding intentional damage to the vessel or accidental damage to the vessel as a result of general negligence, alcohol intoxication or the influence of an illegal substance. Passengers causing any such damage agree to pay for identified damage prior to disembarking the vessel. All passengers must agree to comply with this policy and further acknowledge that any violation of this policy may result in disembarkation from the vessel. All passengers acknowledge that it is OTB and NCL’s policy to report incidents of illegal activity or behavior to the appropriate law enforcement authorities for appropriate legal action. In such cases, OTB and NCL shall not be liable for any damages, refund or other compensation, including travel costs or any other claim as a result of such behavior.

VIDEO, AUDIO & PHOTO POLICY
Photography with a fixed camera lens is permitted, professional cameras (video or still) or cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted. Out of respect for the performers, please refrain from flash photography during ALL Concerts. In addition, any and all videotaping or audio recording is prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation. Some performers will request that no cameras enter the theater during their performance. This is up to the performer’s discretion and will be posted outside of the venue before the show.

All OTB Passengers agree to sign and acknowledge this Zero Tolerance Policy prior to receiving their OTB event credentials. Failure to sign shall result in immediate disembarkation from the vessel.
